Software updates for the Mac/Win/Linux DVD-ROM versions of The Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime.
(updates for digital downloads are available directly from GOG and Steam)
BUGS FIXED: (2014-06-08) The saved game dialog now checks to prevent the use of illegal filename characters for saved game titles. The Shield biochip has been fixed so that the game no longer quits upon entering the shuttle at the Morimoto Mars Colony. Other biochip bugs, such as not being able to access the mission biochips at TSA and AI hints at the Caldoria Heights rooftop observatory, have been fixed. For Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows users who prefer to use the keypad on extended keyboard configurations, alternate access to the inventory and biochip panels have been remapped to the 7 and 9 keys to avoid issues with legacy use of the clear & num-lock keys. Navigation input for Linux users of Ubuntu 13 or later have been fixed so that 180-degree "double turns" do not occur. All other keyboard inputs remain unchanged. See included documentation for additional details.
BUGS FIXED: (2014-03-18) Accessing the inventory tray and pause screen simultaneously no longer causes interface conflict. Returning from Mars mission without an optical memory biochip no longer triggers bug. Fixes minor A.I., audio and interface issues. Eliminates "semi-stuck" state if player explores WSC all the way to the end twice.
KNOWN BUGS: Some Windows users have reported that holding down the "E" key to trigger hidden easter eggs also disables the mouse button on certain PC configurations. An alternate input method would be to instead use the ENTER key (which behaves like the mouse button) with the "E" key when trying to activate easter eggs. Our programmers are looking into this for a more permament fix.

Please note that the updates will NOT work with the 1997 CD-ROM discs.
